Shan State Cultural Museum, Taunggyi


Lying on Bogyoke Aung San Road, in Taunggyi, Burma, the Shan State Cultural Museum is a place worth visiting. You will have a good chance to observe cultural objects, musical instruments, traditional dresses, household and farm implements, paintings, sculptures, arts and crafts of the different national races residing in Shan State.

It was built in March 1989. It opens from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm every day except for Monday.
