Completely Explore Putao

Arrive to Putao and transfer to the lodge. After lunch, it is the great time for an elephant tour. Start from Main Logde, the elephants take you through the Nam Lang River, wading across the fast flowing waters. Here is one of the freshest place for trek in Putao and owning the pristine beauty. Up through the terraced rice fields to the village of Yegyawdi for short sightseeing, and come back to the lodge by a final river crossing. You can have a chance to watch the mahouts playing with and washing wanton elephants in the streams. Or, please note that, instead of the Elephant trek, we also offer you a strolling around Mulashidi village tour - visit the village stands in the thatch field along the Mula River. Come here, enjoy the natural beauties during have a walk around this village and from the Mulashidi suspension bridge. Mulashidi is also great for a short biking trip.

Option 1: Hiking to Putao

Putao - an area with it attractions including the beauties of mountains and rivers. Start from the lodge, we hike pass through the bamboo forest and reach to the beautiful Nam Htu creek. Here is the ideal spot for walking and sightseeing. Along the way, let you take some photos to memorize this special trip. Travel slowly along the river side, we cross to the Rawang tribe village with the beauties of snowcap mountain facing. Explore the humid and peaceful air during walking through the rain forest, and then have lunch at Ho Hping Shan tribe villages. Cross the Lisu tribe village of Ber Inn and spend an hour on travel on foot to the town of Putao, where you take a car and driving back to the lodge.

Option 2: Hiking to Nam Plak creek

Nam Plak creek - the name maybe famous with the people who love hiking in Kachin State in Mynamar. After breakfast we drive to Air-port market where we start a walking trip. Through Lisu Tribe and Kachin tribe villages, you have a great chance to learn about the local life in the mountainous area in Myanmar. The rural beauties and cool air will make you relax after a long time of hard works. Continue the tour, we will pass from village to village, until reach to Nam Plak creek after about 3 hours walking. Lunch is served as a picnic meal, but delicious. Take a short rest and hike to the Pan Hlaing village of Shan tribe village, where is the final destination of this hiking tour. At the late afternoon, we ome back to the lodge by car.

Today, we spend the full day on enjoy Putao in Malikha Rafting and Cruise tour. After breakfast, we prepare your full gears as the guide suggestion. Start from the Mulashidi suspension bridge, we travel along the Nam Lang River until meet the Malikha River. You will be interested in a lot of different kinds of water ducks, and the beauties along the way. Paddle down on Malikha River till reach to the island where we halt at for lunch. Spend about one hour on relaxing and we come back to Naung Kaing village by engine boat, after about 45 minutes, then drive back to the lodge for a nice night. Please note that, on this day, we spend about 3 hours or more on floating in total.

Option 1: Lisu Explore (1 night 2 days including pack Lunch)

Wake up and have breakfast, we prepare ourselves for 2 days trip to explore Lisu tribe village. Take a car to leave the lodge, we come to upper Ber Inn to start hiking through the jungle. Putao valley will appear on the way, where you can enjoy the beautiful sights and catch it into your photos. Putao - the land of many rare species of bird and butterfly, attracts many tourists for wild species watching, hiking and rafting year after year. Stop for lunch and continue to Nam Htum Khu village - a village of Lisu tribe. Overnight at a local house to enjoy yourself in local night market.

On the second day, thanks the local host for a nice night and leave to Nam Htu creek. Pass through the thick bamboo forest, and see the land of cultivation of indigenous people. Mulashidi village is the final destination in the afternoon after a lunch. If you are tired, you will be offered a rest at any time during the tour.

Option 2: Malikha rafting trip (1 night 2 days)

After breakfast in the morning as usual, we prepare all of needs for the Malikha rafting during 2 days. Start up at the lodge, we walk to under Malikha suspension bridge - starting point of this tour. Discuss and arrange the schedule is necessary so that we will spend a bit of time on it. Down along Nam Lang River during about 2 hours, we reach to Malikha river confluence and continue until stop at Nat Kyun - one of the beautiful islands for camp. On the way, don't miss the chance to see many exotic and rare species of wild duck and bird. Overnight in your camp with the warm air from the camping fire.

In the second day, start your rafting tour at about 9:00 am along the Malikha River. After 3 hours on the boat and have sightseeing, we take long tail boat drive up stream to the camp and have lunch. Naung Khaine village will be the last point on the way, from there, we drive back to our lodge by car during one hour.

Wake up early in the morning to start a trip to Putao Morning Market. It has more things for you to explore: from the local foods to delicate handicrafts, and perhaps you cannot refrain from taking ones. Come back to the lodge at about 8:30 am and after have breakfast, we transfer to Putao Airport for your departure flight.
