Upon arrival in Yangon, our guide will warmly welcome you at the airport and help you transfer to your hotel for check-in. Today, we hold an opening city tour in the peaceful capital of Yangon. We go from the Strand Road, move along the Yangon River to experience the life of people on two sides of the river. Then, we walk in the Pansoedan Street which has solemn French colonial buildings.
In the afternoon, we start to visit the pagodas and temples in Yangon. Firstly, we visit Batataung Pagoda - a famous pagoda located in downtown Yangon, Myanmar, near the Yangon River. Then, we move to Sule Pagoda where houses a hair given by the Buddha. Leave sites of Buddha, we will go to Bogyoke market where anything from common products such as clothing and foods to luxury goods like jewelry are sold. This place is an idealist place for travelers to exchange their money to Kyat. In the evening, we move to the Shwedagon Pagoda to enjoy the setting of Yangon city under the sky of the night.

Yangon - Moeyungyi Wetlands
Our tour guide will meet you at your hotel in Yangon and help you transfer to Moeyungyi wetlands by car. Located in Bago division about 70 miles north of Yangon by the Yangon - Mandalay highway, Moeyungyi Wetlands is an important area for both resident and migratory water - bird. Annually, after a migration to Asia in September to April, millions of birds will fly back to Myanmar to enjoy the short - summer of May to August. It is estimated that there are about 40 species of elusive Myanmar resident as well as migratory water birds here. The tour is really unforgettable for those who love nature. Today you will have chance to visit the water park refuge by boat and also use the observation stands.

After having breakfast, we will enjoy the morning bird watching at the refuge and after lunch drive back to Yangon. Sightseeing in Bago on the way to see temples and monasteries. On Bago we will visit Shwe Maw Daw Pagoda - one of the most venerated pagodas in Myanmar. It has been built for more than one thousand - year - old and destroyed several times due to earthquakes. Inside the pagoda is the Shwe Thalyaung Buddha image - a 55 meter long lying Buddha statue with unique style.
