Mandalay is the second largest city and the last royal capital of Myanmar. Today, besides the development of agriculture, light industry and business, tourism becomes one of the most advantages of this city due to a lot of cultural heritages and ancient architectures.
In the morning, we take a cycling tour on the road of about 20-25 kilometers of length to the outskirts for the different visual angle of the city's views. This Mandalay trip is special that you can't find the feel in any other tour because of a bit time during the trip on the oxcarts intervene the cycling tour, through small villages and monasteries, then visit the local market.
After the rest at your hotel, in the afternoon, we travel to Mandalay Hill for different and beautiful views of the city. At the top of the hill, at about 240 meters above the sea level, it is the Sutaungpyei (literally wish-fulfilling) Pagoda. The panoramic view of the city from the hill is majestic with the offshore horizon. Then, take a local trishaw to explore the western side of the palace gates and its historic compound.
Overnight in Mandalay.
In the morning, we drive during about 3 hours to Monywa, a typical Burmese town on the bank of the Chindwin River. Monywa is a major trade and commerce center for the agricultural products from the surrounding Chindwin valley and products of light industry. Be a tourist destination, Monywa owns some of typical architectural pagodas and the most famous ones is Thanboddhay Pagoda and Boditahtaung Pagoda. Before reach the town, we will have some stops which are beautiful places with the natural views on the way to stretch your legs and take photos. At midday, we come to hotel for check in and have lunch before starting the sightseeing tour around Monywa.
In the afternoon, start biking trip with the first place is Thanboddhay Pagoda, a huge temple with more than 500000 Buddha images and then, come to other pagoda named Boditahtaung to see the largest reclining Buddha image in Myanmar with the 100 meters of length and 27 meters of height and Laykyun Setkyar - the largest standing Buddha in the world with 423 feet in height. Before return the hotel, we arrive at the river’s bank for sunset.

Drive to and explore the cave temple complex of Po Win Taung, watching cliff-carved monasteries and temples of Shwe Ban Taung, go to Kyet Su Kin village, and visit slipper factory.
In the morning, after breakfast, we spend an hour on cycling to the cave temple complex of Po Win Taung. It is considered as one of the tourist destinations due to the chain of 947 sandstone caves which is the richest collection of Buddhist statues and mural paintings in Southeast Asia. And then, have further insight into Buddhism with the watching cliff-carved monasteries and temples of Shwe Ban Taung nearby. This area owning fresh air and pristine views make we cannot refuse the trip go to Kyet Su Kin - a small village to visit the locals, chat with them and learn more about the local life in the countryside of Myanmar. After lunch, we continue to the famous 'slipper' village of Pakkoku and explore the slipper factory to see working process of the finest leather sandals in Myanmar.
Late afternoon drive to Bagan and once arrive at, we check in at a hotel and have dinner.

This day or final day, we spend time and health on exploring a wonderful Bagan - an ancient city with hundreds of temples and pagodas, most of them were built in from 11th century to 13th century. Wake up early to enjoy fascinating view of Bagan under the sunrise. Then take a cycling trip visit the busy market of Nyaung Oo - an exciting trip to see thousands locals, their custom and buying some delicate handicrafts. Try tasting a little plum jam - a local special dish and see how to make them. Bagan is not only famous for its pagodas but also for two crafts: wood carvings and lacquer ware. The remaining time of this day is free to leisure or further activities as your options.
